Project Delivery

We provide project management and delivery. For example:
Catchment Sensitive Farming Project Delivery
We managed the delivery of the Bassenthwaite Catchment Sensitive Farming Project in the North West region for three months until a decision was made by DEFRA to continue the project.
This included:

  • Project management of a contract for farm advice
  • Production of a newsletter
  • Public presentation of the projects aims and achievements
  • Planning for the future delivery of the programme

'Shirleys extensive experience and initiative ensured continued engagement with farmers and good relations with partners in the Bassenthwaite catchment, resulting in positive changes on the ground.'
Emma Lyons, Natural England

Project Evaluation

We have carried out an interim evaluation for Grampus Heritage and Training for their European 'Unlocking Hidden Heritage' project, funded by the Leonardo Da Vinci Programme.
It is led by Grampus and involves five other European partners in Ireland, Slovakia, Iceland, Cyprus and Germany. Each partner is delivering a training action that will then be incorporated into a case study published on the web and in a handbook; and associated training exercises will be developed as a training curriculum. The report assessed progress on a number of work packages and made recommendations for the final stages of the project.
