Biodiversity

We provide advice on biodiversity and are qualified to audit for The Wildlife Trusts' Biodiversity Benchmark, which is targeted at companies with large landholdings to provide a systematic approach to protecting and enhancing wildlife.

For example
We have provided consultancy advice to Shell UK at their Stanlow site on the Wirral. We prepared a Biodiversity Impact Assesment and Action Plan for the site. In order to do this, We assessed the value of habitats and species on site and identified the threats and opportunities. Working with managers, staff and partners we helped to develop policies that can be incorporated in their environmental management system. This will ensure that the plans are implemented and reviewed.
